A CPA, CIA, and seasoned corporate executive, CJ spent a decade in Big 4 public accounting and over 20 years as a senior finance leader for large private-equity–owned companies. He knows how to build strong systems, keep operations running flawlessly, and deliver exceptional results, and he brings that same discipline and passion to every home in his portfolio.

What began as a personal investment initiative has grown into a thriving residential rental business, featuring 16 owned properties plus management of 10 additional homes for other owners. CJ’s reputation is built on responsiveness, transparency, and a genuine commitment to making tenants feel supported and confident in where they live.

CJ proudly rents to a diverse range of residents, including those who use government housing assistance programs, helping more individuals and families access quality, dependable housing.
